About Philippe Bérubé (1975 - )

Born and raised in Bathurst, New Brunswick (Canada) the author graduated from the local high school in 1993. Following the completion of a degree in Journalism at the University of Moncton in 1997, the publication of numerous newspaper articles and the broadcast of many radio shows that year on campus media, the author reoriented his studies towards political sciences while sitting on the board of various faculty councils and student organizations. After studying the Canadian power elite structures at the same institution in 1998, the author was later that fall admitted in the University of Ottawa’s Canadian Politics Masters Program where he specialized in the evolution of political corruption in his country. Since his graduation from the program in 2001, the author has been a full-time learning consultant in Ottawa as well as a regular contributor to several bear market analysis web-sites.
